If my life has taught me anything, it is that each of us is already a masterpiece; we just do not know it yet. I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Eunice Gwanmesia, on numerous occasions. Most recently, we worked with two group of doctors and medical professionals preparing to go on a medical mission to The Gambia. Dr. Eunice put together a comprehensive Diversity and Cultural Sensitivity training to prepare the team for the mission, since most of them have never visited the continent of Africa as an initiative started by Delaware African Caribbean Coalition (DACC).
